Chris Moser serves as Of Counsel to Henrichsen Law Group. Ms. Moser concentrates on claims related to employment discrimination, sexual harassment, Title IX, whistle-blower retaliation, and civil rights violations.

Chris Moser has extensive experience in all areas of trial and appellate practice. She began her career at Capital Collateral Regional Counsel where she represented death row inmates.  In 2002, she became an Assistant Public Defender in and for Duval County and Clay County, Florida where she gained valuable trial experience.  In 2006, Ms. Moser became a staff attorney at the St. John’s County Office of Jacksonville Legal Aid. While there, she focused primarily on housing, consumer, and employment law cases.

Ms. Moser resides in St. Augustine, Florida where she formerly served as President of the St. Johns County Bar Association.  She is an Associate Professor at Flagler College, where she teaches a range of courses in the Law Program in the Humanities Department. Professor Moser also taught at the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she led the Wrongful Convictions Clinic.

Chris Moser received her undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University and earned her law degree from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. Chris Moser is admitted to the Florida Bar and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
