Austin Griffin is a civil litigation and class action lawyer with over 9 years of experience. Mr. Griffin has represented individuals in civil suits and class actions in both the federal and state courts. He has been lead counsel for several Florida state-wide class actions involving corporate property management and debt collection companies, resulting in the waiver of hundreds of thousands of dollars in consumer debt to class members. For several years, his practice has been focused on federal consumer protection laws and consumer class actions on illegal fees and unfair trade practices. Mr. Griffin has taught seminars on landlord-tenant and consumer law in Florida to legal aid groups and members of the Florida Bar and has been interviewed by local and national media for his work in consumer law.
Mr. Griffin has extensive experience in complex civil litigation including class actions and regularly works in the federal and state court systems.
