Ms. Marsh is a civil litigation lawyer with a focus on representing employees in labor and employment law cases. Before joining Henrichsen Law Group, Ms. Marsh was an assistant professor of Geology, taught Oceanography on an educational lobster boat in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, and was a Geologist working on the Barrier Island Restoration portion of the Mississippi Coastal Improvements Program.
In law school, Ms. Marsh was a member of the Trial Team, Environmental Law Society, and Maritime Law Society and an Associate on the Stetson Business Law Review. Ms. Marsh was a finalist in the Sixth Annual Chief Justice First-Year Oral Argument Competition, Round Winner in the Phelps Dunbar First-Year Appellate Advocate Competition, Finalist in the Trial Masters Tournament, and achieved 4th place in the Keenan Kids Foundation Florida Law School Closing Argument Competition. Ms. Marsh was also awarded the Leadership Development Certificate and William Blews Pro Bono Service Award in law school.

Honors and Publications
Ms. Marsh has published extensively in academic journals, including in the area of finding a palynomorphic fingerprint for sediments from Juncus roemerianus marshes with implications for tracking sea level.
